It's the actual fullscreen mode most older games use. Not just a window mode without a border. Borderless Window is not the same as fullscreen. In fullscreen recources aren't wasted on things that don't have to do with the game and the game can have full control.

Are the Bomberman World PS1 Multiplayer Characters going to be added to the roster for this game? I loved those characters :)
