Anyways my Bakugaiden experience/knowledge is very limited. Is this for the anime or from one of the games?

I did try a rom of one of the SNES games multiple years ago. It was pretty bizarre. You shot the marbles at targets. It was kinda like a accuracy/puzzle game.

I haven't seen any of the anime.

Ya know I've been wanting to watch this anime but I don't know where to find it. Also, is there more than one series of this?

There's Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden, the original series (the first three episodes of which are based on the Bakygaiden manga).

Then there's Bomberman B-Daman Bakugaiden V, the second series which is an entirely new continuity despite it featuring the same characters.
