And i wouldnt really get in to any of that...you will end op getting in trouble one way or another by the copyrighted owner unless you actually have permision to make and distribute the midis.

If people are that stupid to pay for it with out knowing they can get them for free its there own fault

They could and might be paying the rightfully copyright owners, not "sequencers" which really have no say in it...but if there not doing as they say you can right fully tell the rightfull copyright owners and they can sue...But that could only lead to more truble and vgmusic might end up getting the wrong end of it.
I have seen and been a member to certain websites and boards that have been shutdown because of copyrighted material some where as little as some pictures(no not porn which i bet someone would have brought up if i dont mention it, dirty minds you have
