I know of a suck-ass "cartoon" I came across long ago...

No, but seriously. This so-called TV show was like a terrible rip-off of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, complete with blatant rip-offs like Golly Gopher, Dolly Gopher, etc. And yes, it was formerly known in a feature film as "Re-Animated."
