Dunno what the public opinion on this is, so I guess I'll bring it up. What do you think is the best map size for multiplayer Bomberman? Of course, there's the standard 15 X 13 grid, and there's the obscure 11 X 9, mostly in GB or other handheld games, and finally the 17 X 15 grid, most notably seen in Bomberman Online (PC). And of course, there are the huge and daunting 10 player maps, most notable source being Saturn Bomberman. So what's your opinion?

Examples:

15 X 13 grid

11 X 9 grid

17 X 15 grid

Ridiculously huge 10 player maps which I don't have a screenshot for.

So.... what is your preference? Or is there something not on my list that you prefer?
(Poll will not be updated once voting has begun unless no one has voted for Other yet.)

Images are just from random websites

How come the standard 15x15 is not in fact 15x15 but rather 15x13? ...and similarly 11x11 is apparently 11x9.

Anyway, you may want to add the Saturn Bomberman ten players arenas.

Okay, I have cast my vote

By the way, you are now listing different values without your post now (15x13 becomes 13x11)
Admittedly, I too thought it was better not to count the arena's outer walls, but either way the value should stay consistent.
Also, sometimes I can't view the GB image (though it can be done by copying and pasting it in the url bar) so you may want to find another (though I'm sure we all know what GB arenas were like)

Oh and there's also Saturn Bomberman non-huge-ass arenas: http://img.hrej.cz/ab/f7eddd5bfc05d457f2453f6e0f2dde.jpg

and GBA games:

15x13 is fine. It's what Bomberman Online operates with and neatly houses 6 players. The only way I'd go larger is if it's more than 6 people playing.

I also like how some of the levels have 2 gaps between indestructible blocks. It takes more skill to dodge bomb blasts in that area. So if there was a larger area, they should make use of these open areas.

I think the size from Bomberman 64 is fine.

I voted other, cause generally i don't really care, as long as gameplay is not hampered by the size being too small or too big, and that differs by condition.
