WTF do yuo mean interesting?!?! This is *bleeping* terrible!!!! :steam: :steam: :steam:

If Konami has Hudson under their control, they will force them to make stupid Yu-gi-oh! games and others! Mabye even stop bomberman!!!

But, it also said Konami was a large shareholder, therefore, they thought Hudson was a great company.

What will happen? Only time will tell. :hilarious:

Konami is a great company. This may do great things for bomberman. Has anyone played the Metal Gear series or other Konami games? They are a high quality company. Besides the past few bomberman games have been crap. This may also help crappy translation problems with new bomberman games releasing.

And don't get into yugioh. Thats a different matter that won't get involved with bomberman's future.. On a sidenote.... Pegasus rocks...

*nod* This is a good thing people

I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing but whatever since I can't do anything about it.

Now there's the possiablty of Bomberman being as awesome of a game as Metal Gear Solid! (bricked)

In all seriousness though, I think this is a good thing for Hudson. Konami is a great gaming company that is very unlikely to screw up on one of their games (Hint hint: Sega/Sonic Team. Nintendo's been doing a horrid job as well, if you ask me), so maybe this will make Bomberman's next games quite awesome again. As Regulus clearly pointed out,

Besides the past few bomberman games have been crap

I assume they'll keep the hudson name, kindof like sonic team has the sonic team name, even though their part of sega. Being that the dev team will probably stay in tact all this really means is that the games will have better funding, and theyll be able to hire more programers.

Plus the hudson name is a very famous name everywhere, removing the hudson name would be somewhat counterproductive. "it has made Hudson Soft a full auxiliary division of its company. "

Plus i assume this was all part of konamis plan, and that they controled hudson for a long period of time" since August 2001 and possesses a whopping 45% ownership of all Hudson shares." If they want to force something they can, cause with that much of the share market, they could sell and bankrupt the already struggling company.

I wonder if their gonna erase Bomberman from existence and then make us forget memories through a hipnotic video game? J/K, aslong as Konami doesn't do anything ridiculous to Bomberman or Mario Party I'm good with that. But just incase...

Haaaah!

I'll be ready!

I wonder if they'll make a Bomberman and Ninja Turtles game. I doubt it but admit it, it would be cool.
