Was this game really as bad as people say it was? I played it once and besides the character design, it was alot like the original. The only bad things were the character designs, the AIs and the lack of save points...

This is one of the only Bomberman games I hate.

It's certainly one of the worst games ever created.

I aint saying its good, but im not saying it truly sucked either. The online play was actually pretty decent.

Bomberman Live blew it away though =P

The online play even wasn't that good. Any other Bomberman game with online compatibality is a lot better.

The funnest game to play online, I think, is Bomberman 64

Altair and I used to use emulated Netplay on that game all the time, but the screen is completely black for every other round o-o

I was talking about games that have actual online play. Not play online through an emulator.

If you count that, then Super Bomberman 2 was probally the best.

Thats because we couldnt see and Red and Blue kept going strait for me O_O I could tell after hearing 2 bomb kicks and then hearing one of the bombers get knocked out twise in a row.

I have never played this game and I didn't even know of it until I had a conversation with Dakirbydude a while ago. What would inspire some developers out there to create something is terrible as this? I am certain that fans would have loved to see a completely Bomberman game than something like...this. >.<

Thats not saying much...people who entirely HATE the bomberman series prefer standard bomberman to act zero bomberman.
