Well, i'll explain it to you. The joke is, in the anime Reni or some of you may know her as chibi sailormoon late in the third saga (the one with the bad guys being the children of the negamoon. Saphire, Diamond, Emerald etc.) Reni doesn't think her parents love her because she remembers how they wouldn't help her get up when she tripped cause they said she should be able to do it on her own. She also thinks she remembers not having a birthday celebrated and Wiseman uses that to his advantage and makes Reni turn evil and transform into Wicked Lady. Then Wiseman uses her to attack the Sailor Scouts. But the quote at the bottom of the signature is something he actually said to Reni. Thats the joke. It makes him seem like a good guy but he was only doing it to get Reni to join him.
