This is just another sign of a bad translation. "Achiachi suta" sounds kind of like "ouch ouch star" so they went with that. I'm fairly sure the actual translation should be "Hot Star" (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

This sort of thing happened in the Virtual Boy version of Panic Bomber with "decker bomb". The big bombs are called "deka bomu"l "deka" literally means "big". The fact that the translator(s) were too inept to understand that and instead transliterated it as "decker" speaks volumes about the quality of the localization team for the game.
