One year later, the Bomberman 64 4-Koma Gag Battle anthology is finally completely scanslated! The Tumblr is still updating, but the last page is slated to be posted on July 26. /slumps over :stun:

After this, the next major bomberprojects on our plate include (but are not limited to) the Bomberman 64 4-Koma Kings anthology and the tankobon version of the Bomberman Jetters manga that ran in CoroCoro magazine for a while. The BMJ manga will probably be released in chunks on Batoto rather than in bi-weekly pages; not sure yet about the 4-Koma Kings anthology. And then after that...well, we don't have any solid plans. We might go ahead and poll to see what the rest of y'all might want. I do still have to finish collecting a couple more volumes of bombermanga, but I've got a good amount of 4-komas from the games in the Super Bomberman series, if that piques any of your interests!

I always forget to check this until you bump the thread. :stun:

Anyway great job! Also, I totally wasn't expecting a Link to the Past reference in a Bomberman comic. Crazy.

I think that's actually a reference to one of Aesop's Fables: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Honest_Woodman

Oh, interesting. I wondered if there was some common origin but I couldn't think of anything.

I had no idea that there were a series of comics off the Bomberman series, let alone that a scanlation was made of them. I will have to check this out as some point because this looks interesting.
