My wife got them off eBay from a vendor in Hong Kong several years ago now. There are some decent Japanese auction sites if you really want the good Bomberman collectables, though you either will have to translate and hope they accept your money, or go through one of those proxy bidding services. They will take a lump of cash and do all the work for you, shipping it back stateside, etc. Costs a bit and you have to recharge your account to get more stuff, and I am sure it's not that cheap to do, but it's a potential venue for you to find cool stuff. If I had more cash I'd do it in a heartbeat.
