They typically add things like the briefs to avoid depicting nudity in a kids' game. Something similar happened with Earthbound.
The fact that Bomberpeople apparently have fleshy bodies under their clothes would seem to indicate that they're organic, but apparently their helmets are a part of their heads. They also seem to lack fingers and toes. |
