Here, I did my best to translate the story section. Turns out the English translation is surprisingly accurate:

『ゴ-レムボンバ-』『プリテ
イ-ボンバ-』『ブレインボンバ
-』『プラズマボンバ-』 .
As the earth is in peace, once again a crisis arrives.......
Suddenly the figures of "Magnet Bomber" "Golem Bomber" "Pretty Bomber" "Brain Bomber" and "Plasma Bomber" appear before Bomberman.

Well in any case I'm not sure which of these (if either) is what he's saying:

PLASMA: We are of the same mind
Bomberman!!

PLASMA: We are comrades
Bomberman!!

Or perhaps something like

PLASMA: We are alike
Bomberman!!

人のサイボ-グ『凶悪ボンバ-5人衆』は, 彼らの試作
1号機であるボンバ-マンを連れ戻すためにやっ来た
のだと語る. 記憶を失っているボンバ-マンは果敢に彼
らに立ち向かったが, 逆に囚われの身となってしまった.
An alien planning space conquest developed 5 human cyborgs, the "Fiendish Bomber 5-man team", they say that they have come to bring back the 1st prototype Bomberman machine. Bomberman remembers confronting them boldly but loses, and becomes their captive.

Bomberman wakes in the underground prison at the base of the Fiendish Bomber 5-man team, again he stands up for peace and the fate of the earth. The huge base crawls with crowds of the enemy. Many traps are set up. And then expect the Fiendish Bomber 5-man team....... Will Bomberman arrive to see the end of this?!
