The survey has ended, it only received a mere 13 responses- I've updated the first post with the results link. Half of the responses came from people that I asked to take it that I knew online, if I didn't ask them the survey wouldn't have even gotten 10 responses.

I've decided that I won't be taking my bomberman game online do to this, and I'll just finish the engine for it. Because there's clearly a major lack of interest in bomberman outside of japan, and taking it online would just be a waste of time when I could be working on something else.
