To repeat what Regulus said, yes, those are some of the different costumes that your Bomberman can wear. The few that I drew (from left to right, to center, to bottom-right, though you know who he is already ^_^) are "Clint Bombwood," "Poindexter," "Long Bomb," "Pegleg Pete," "Dyna Mite" - who I play as - and, of course, the main man Shirobon himself.
You can actually mix different costume designs with others for some very funny looks.

On another note, those names under the four are actual people I've played that seem to... want to do naughty things to my (and other female Bombers) character... as they've said it themselves. |
